In counts vs. Out counts

Production counter types are used to count material into (in count) and out of (out count) the production line, and passing through other machines on the line.

Production counters are recorded against a machine. Infor MES enables the data to be viewed at the machine level and the production line level.

Note: Stand-alone machines can have both an in count and an out count.
