Rework counter types

Rework counter types are defined as production counter types.

Before any counts can be recorded, a production counter type must be defined as master data. Each production count record is then recorded against the production counter type.

The production counter type defines this information:

  • The unit to record the quantity in.
  • The machine type the counter is valid for. A production counter type is valid for only one machine type.
  • Whether this is a rework counter, counting reworked pieces.
  • Whether this is an asset counter, instead of a production counter.
