Machine stops vs. production stops

A machine can continue to stop and start during a production stop. These are still recorded in Infor MES, but the production stops will take precedence when reporting.

This approach ensures that if there are changes to the production stop data after machine stops were recorded, the underlying data is unaffected. It is only the reporting that presents a different view.
