Default reason set

To simplify configuration, each machine type nominates a default reason set. The default reason set can then be optionally overridden by each machine of that type.

For example, the sets would be defined at the machine type level as the default:

Machine type	Default set
Assembly	Product
Quality gauge	Quality analysis

Only the Rear Axle Assembly machine would specify the new set as an override:

Machine	Set
Rear Axle Assembly	Product 2
