Process parameters

Process parameters are types of variable measurements recorded through the OPC.

These are examples of typical use cases for reading in process parameters:

• On a timer: Read in the value on a periodic basis, such as the temperature of the oven
• On an event: When a piece is made, take a measurement of the force generated by the machine
