Assistance types

The type of assistance required to get the machine running again. Each machine stoppage reason is associated with a type of assistance.

Possible values:

• Labour: Waiting for labor resources.
• Logistics: Waiting for material.
• Maintenance: Waiting for the maintenance engineers in case there is a breakdown.
• Quality Approval: Waiting to get approval from the quality department if there has been a concession.
• Quality Concern: Waiting for the quality department to investigate and resolve a quality concern that has been raised.
• Setter: Waiting for a skilled setter to set up the machine.
• Supervisor Required: Waiting for supervisor.

  Tooling: Waiting on tooling to be provided or installed.
