Logins

A login record is necessary for every user accessing the application. This includes administrators, super users, operators, and users needing reporting access; each must be configured accordingly.

To view and configure logins, navigate to Application Configuration > Configuration > Environment > Logins.

You can use these options on the Logins screen:

  • Add: Allows you to create a new login credential.
  • Edit: Allows you to modify the existing login credentials.
  • Retire: Allows you to retire the existing login credentials. You cannot use retired login credentials in production.
  • Force Password Change: Allows you to force the account to change the password upon next login.
