Adding a planned hour

  1. Select Configuration > Maintenance > Maintenance Procedures. The Maintenance Procedures screen is displayed.
  2. Select a record and click Planned Hours. The Planned Labour Hours screen is displayed at the bottom.
  3. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Planned Hours
    The number of labour hours expected for the maintenance procedure.
    Labour Hours Provided By
    The source of labour hours for the maintenance procedure. Possible values:
    • Personnel Group: Labour is provided internally. A personnel group must be selected.
    • External Supplier: Labour is provided externally. A supplier must be selected.
  5. Click OK.
