Adding a root cause type

  1. Select Configuration > Concerns > Root Cause Types. The Root Cause Types screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Type
    The name of the root cause type.
    Description
    The description of the root cause type.
    Code
    The code of the root cause type.
  4. Click OK.
