Container Types

Container Types are used to group containers with similar attributes or roles. This grouping ensures efficient management, standardized configuration, and seamless tracking within the system.

To view and configure container types, navigate to Configuration > Assets > Container Types.

You can use these options on the Container Types screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new container type.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing container types.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing container types. You cannot assign a container to a retired container type.
