Adding a phase

  1. Select Configuration > Workflow > Phases. The Phases screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Phase
    The name of the phase.
    Description
    The description of the phase.
    Phase Code
    The code of the phase, usually a mapping to external system, such as an ERP.
  4. Click OK.
