Document Types
Document Types are used to group Documents to help with the management of documents.
To view and configure document types, navigate to .
You can use these options on the Document Types screen:
- Add: Allows you to create a new document type.
- Edit: Allows you to modify the existing document types.
- Delete: Allows you to delete the existing document types.
- Retire: Allows you to retire the existing document types. You cannot assign new document to retired document types. Retired document types can be excluded from reports unless included in the report’s filter options.
