Machine Event Type Sets

Machine Event Type Sets serve as organizational structures that categorize various Machine Event Types. These sets allow for the systematic grouping of related events, making easier to manage the machine events types associated with equipment.

To view and configure machine event type sets, navigate to Configuration > Assets > Machine Event Type Sets.

You can use these options on the Machine Event Type Sets screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new machine event type set.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing machine event type sets.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing machine event type sets.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing machine event type sets. You cannot assign retired machine event types sets to machine types or machines. Retired machine event type sets can be excluded from reports unless included in the report’s filter options.
• Event Types: Allows you to view and configure machine event types within the machine event type sets.
