Login tab
You can specify this information:
- User Name
- The username of the user. If the Authentication Type is set to Active Directory or LDAP authentication, the username must match the corresponding username in the third-party authentication system.
- Login Scope

The type of login account associated with the user. Possible values:
- Customer Account
- Project Account
- System Account
By default, this is set to Customer Account for end users and set to Project Support Account for Infor users.
- Description
- The description of the user.
- Authentication Type

The type of user authentication used when logging on. Possible values:
- Active Directory
- LDAP
- Shopfloor-Online
This must be set to Active Directory or LDAP when authenticating with a third-party system. Else, set to Shopfloor-Online.
- Is AutoLogin Enabled?
- If this check box is selected, the user is automatically logged onto IMES using the current Windows account.
- Is Menu Hidden
- If this check box is selected, the is hidden for the user. This is typically used for overhead displays when no user interactions are required.
- Password
- The password of the user.
- Password Expiry Period
- The number of days until when the user's password expires and requires resetting. Assigning a value of 0, indicates that there is no expiration.
- Idle Time Out
- The period after which a user is automatically logged off due to inactivity. This period is measured in minutes. Assigning a value of 0, indicates that there is no expiration.
- Security Role

The user role assigned to the user. Possible values:
- Super User: A key user, responsible for managing master data and plant database setup.
- Supervisor: A shop floor supervisor is responsible for managing operators who require access to KPI reports and the ability to edit data, possessing permissions that are higher than an Operator.
- Operator: A production operator is responsible for line operation and data collection, without access to configuration.
- Executive: A corporate executive is given access to cross-plant reports and plant KPI reporting, with read only permissions that do not allow for data entry or system configuration.
- Production Scheduler: A Production Order Scheduler is responsible for adjusting production order schedules.
- Maintenance Manager: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for establishing and overseeing maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Maintenance Supervisor: An individual with access to the maintenance schedule to track workloads and generate reports.
- Maintenance Engineer: A person responsible for maintenance and repairs.
- Supplier: A supplier received access to designated Shopfloor-Online reports for the purpose of reviewing performance.
- Customer: A Shopfloor-Online customer with access to reports to review delivery data.
- Customer Service Operator: An individual who is authorised to access customer or supplier concern entry and KPI reports.
- Administrator: An application user who has permission to manage UDI event administration and user accounts.
- Default Passthrough Language
- The language required for user authentication when utilising the automatic login method.
- Home Plant
- The plants to which the user connects during login.
- Restricted to Plants
- A list of plants the user is restricted to.
- Contexts
- The contextual information to be provided to the page upon user login.
- Date Separator
- The character used to separate date components.
- Date Pattern
- The date format to consider for reports. If this value is left blank, the application considers the default plant settings.
- Time Pattern

The time pattern specified by the user for reporting purposes. If this value is left blank, the application considers the default plant settings.
- Homepage Fragment
- The homepage where the user is required to log in.
- Mobile App Page Grid
- The grid the user is required to log on to when accessing via mobile.
- Mobile App Page Saved Grid
- The saved grid that the user can log into when accessing via mobile.
