Adding a supplier

  1. Select Configuration > Organisation > Suppliers. The Suppliers screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information on the Supplier tab:
    Supplier
    The name of the supplier.
    Short Name
    The short name of the supplier.
    Code
    The code of the supplier.
    Contact Name
    The name of the supplier contact.
    Contact Email
    The email address of the supplier contact.
    Location
    The location of the supplier.
  4. Specify this information on the Address tab:
    Address 1
    The first line of the address.
    Address 2
    The second line of the address.
    City
    The name of the city where the supplier is located.
    County
    The name of the county or state in which the supplier is located.
    Post Code
    The post code or zip code of the address.
    Country
    The name of the country in which the supplier is located.
    Phone Number
    The phone number of the supplier.
  5. Click OK.
