Asset State Reason Groups

Asset State Reason Groups are used to group Asset State Reasons, to enhance reporting capabilities.

To view and configure an asset state reason group, navigate to Configuration > Assets > Asset State Reason Groups.

You can use these options on the Asset State Reason Groups screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new asset state reason group.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing asset state reason groups.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing asset state reason groups.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing asset state reason groups. You cannot use retired asset state reason groups in production.
• Reasons: Allows you to view and configure the asset state reasons within asset state reason groups.
