Adding an action plan

  1. Select Configuration > Concerns > Action Plans. The Action Plans screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Related To
    The concept the action plan is associated to. Possible values:
    • None: The action plan is not related to anything specific.
    • Change Tool: The action plan is related to the change of a tool.
    • Concern: The action plan is related to concerns.
    • Inspection: The action plan is related to an inspection.
    • Inventory Consumed: The action plan is related to a consumed inventory pack.
    • Inventory State Change: The action plan is related to the changing of the state of an inventory pack.
    • Machine Event: The action plan is related to a machine event.
    • Root Cause: The action plan is related to a root cause.
    • Tool Cavity Change: The action plan is related to the change of a cavity on a tool.
    • Tool State Change: The action plan is related to the changing of the state of a tool.
    Action Type
    The type of action plan.
    Sub Type
    The sub-type of the action plan.
    Action Plan
    The name of the action plan.
    Description
    The description of the action plan.
    Code
    The code of the action plan.
    Variable
    The variable associated with the action plan.
    Attribute
    The attribute associated with the action plan.
    Order
    The order in which the action plan is displayed in lists.
    Applies When Out Of Control
    If this check box is selected, the action plan is applicable when the variable is out of control.
    Applies When Out Of Specification
    If this check box is selected, the action plan is applicable when the variable is out of specification.
    Compulsory
    If this check box is selected, the action plan must be executed as part of the concern resolution process.
  4. Click OK.
