- Select . The Action Plans screen is displayed.
- Click Add. The Add window is displayed.

The concept the action plan is associated to. Possible values:
- None: The action plan is not related to anything specific.
- Change Tool: The action plan is related to the change of a tool.
- Concern: The action plan is related to concerns.
- Inspection: The action plan is related to an inspection.
- Inventory Consumed: The action plan is related to a consumed inventory pack.
- Inventory State Change: The action plan is related to the changing of the state of an inventory pack.
- Machine Event: The action plan is related to a machine event.
- Root Cause: The action plan is related to a root cause.
- Tool Cavity Change: The action plan is related to the change of a cavity on a tool.
- Tool State Change: The action plan is related to the changing of the state of a tool.
