Action Plans

Action Plans are predefined sequence of actions grouped together as a template to be followed in response to a specific type of concern, event, or situation.

To view and configure action plans, navigate to Configuration > Concerns > Action Plans.

You can use these options on the Action Plans screen:

  • Add: Allows you to create a new action plan.
  • Edit: Allows you to modify the existing action plans.
  • Retire: Allows you to retire the existing action plans. You cannot use retired action plans in production.
