Adding an approval flow

  1. Select Configuration > Workflow > Workflow Types. The Workflow Types screen is displayed.
  2. Select a record and click Approval. The Routing Approval screen is displayed at the bottom.
  3. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    From State
    The state of the workflow type from which the approval transition starts.
    To State
    The state of the workflow type, to which the approval transition moves.
    Security Role
    The security role permitted to carry out the transition.
  5. Click OK.
