Machine Stop Reason Sets

Machine Stop Reason Sets serve as a systematic framework for organizing and categorizing machine stop reasons. These sets enable the classification of machine stop reasons into distinct sets, which can be linked to other relevant entities within the operational context. By utilizing these sets, organizations can better analyse downtime, identify patterns, and ultimately enhance machine performance and reliability.

To view and configure machine stop reason sets, navigate to Configuration > Production > Stop Reason Sets.

You can use these options on the Stop Reason Sets screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a machine stop reason set.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing machine stop reason sets.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing machine stop reason sets.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing machine stop reason sets. You cannot use retired machine stop reason sets in production.
