Shift Patterns

Shift Patterns are repetitive sequences of shifts conducted by a collections crew during distinct, non-overlapping periods.

To view and configure shift patterns, navigate to Configuration > Calendars > Shift Patterns.

You can use these options on the Shift Patterns screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new shift pattern.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing shift patterns.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing shift patterns.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing shift patterns. You cannot assign a retired shift pattern to be used on machines.
• Copy: Allows you to create a copy of the existing shift patterns.
• Sequences: Allows you to add sequences to the shift patterns.
• Machines: Allows you to view the machines using the shift patterns.
• Re-generate: Allows you to regenerate the shifts for the shift pattern by recalculating future shifts.
