You can specify this information:

Downtime Collection Mode

The method used to record downtime data for the machine. Possible values:

• Not Collected: Downtime data is not collected.
• Automatic Downtime Events: Downtime data is collected from PLCs through OPC.
• Manual Downtime: The operator manually collects the downtime data when the machine stops and starts.
• Manual Downtime in Period: The operator manually collects the duration of downtime without specifying the exact start and stop times.

Stop Screen Threshold

The duration the machine needs to be stopped before notifying the user. This field is displayed only if the Downtime Collection Mode field is set to a value other than Not Collected.

Production Collection Mode

The method used to collect the production counts for the machine. Possible values:

• Not Collected: Production counts are not collected.
• Automatic In-Line Counts: Production counts are collected from PLCs through OPC.
• Manual Count: The operator manually tracks the production counts as each instance occurs.
• Manual Count in Period: The operator manually collects total production count during a specific period.

Scrap Collection Mode

The method used to collect scrap counts for the machine. Possible values:

• Not Collected: Scrap counts are not collected.
• Automatic In-Line Counts: Scrap counts are collected from PLCs through OPC.
• Manual Count: The operator manually collects the scrap counts as each instance occurs.
• Manual Count in Period: The operator manually collects the total scrap count during a specific period.

Rework Collection Mode

The method used to collect the rework data for the machine. Possible values:

• Not Collected: The rework counts are not collected.
• Automatic In-Line Counts: The rework counts are collected from PLCs through OPC.
• Manual Count: The operator manually collects the rework counts as each instance occurs.
• Manual Count in Period: The operator manually collects the total rework count during a specific period.

Stop Reason Set

The set of stop reasons used on the machine.

Scrap Reason Set

The set of scrap reasons used on the machine.

Production Counter Set

The set of production counts used on the machine.

Rework Counter Set

The set of rework counters used on the machine.

Event Type Set

The set of event types used on the machine.
