Adding a concern status

  1. Select Configuration > Concerns > Concern Status. The Concern Status screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Status
    The name of the concern status.
    Code
    The code of the concern status.
    Display Order
    The order in which the status is displayed in lists.
    Default
    If this check box is selected, the status is set as the default when a new concern is created.
    Closed
    If this check box is selected, the status indicates that the concern is closed or completed.
    Managed Workflow
    If this check box is selected, the status is managed workflow as part of state, allowing transitions to be controlled by predefined rules.
  4. Click OK.
