Personnel Groups

Personnel groups help improve and support different functions, like Maintenance and Labour tracking functionalities. These configurations ensure streamlined operations and effective management, facilitating a cohesive workflow among team members.

To view and configure personnel groups, navigate to Application Configuration > Configuration > Environment > Personnel Groups.

You can use these options on the Personnel Groups screen:

  • Add: Allows you to create a new personnel group.
  • Edit: Allows you to modify the existing personnel groups.
  • Delete: Allows you to delete the existing personnel groups.
  • Copy: Allows you to copy the existing personnel groups.
  • Assign Personnel: Allows you to configure personnel records within personnel groups.
