Adding a root cause
- Select Configuration > Concerns > Root Causes. The Root Causes screen is displayed.
- Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Type
- The type of the root cause.
- Line Type
- The type of line associated with the root cause.
- Machine Type
- The type of machine associated with the root cause.
- Root Cause
- The name of the root cause.
- Comment
- The additional information related to the root cause.
- Click OK.
