Adding a production counter

Select Configuration > Production > Production Counters. The Production Counters screen is displayed

Click Add. The Add window is displayed.

Specify this information:

Counter: The name of the production counter.
Set: The counter set(s) associated with the production counter.
Description: The description of the production counter.
Code: The code of the production counter.
Unit: The unit of measure used for production counter.
Line In Counter: If this check box is selected, the counter tracks the number of production units entering the line (for OEE calculations).
Line Out Counter: If this check box is selected, the counter tracks the units produced at the end of the line (for OEE calculations).
Maintenance Count: If this check box is selected, the application considers this production counter in maintenance count calculations. See, Asset Counters.
Convert To Base Units: If this check box is selected, quantities of the selected type are converted to the base unit of the production order material.

Click OK.
