Adding an inventory change state reason

  1. Select Configuration > Inventory > Inventory Change State Reason. The Inventory Change State Reason screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Reason
    The name of the reason.
    Set
    The inventory change state reason set(s) associated with the reason.
    State
    The inventory state(s) associated with the reason.
    Group
    The inventory change state reason group associated with the reason.
    Description
    The description of the reason.
  4. Click OK.
