Action Types

Action Types are user defined classifications for actions assigned to concerns.

To view and configure action types, navigate to Configuration > Concerns > Action Types.

You can use these options on the Action Types screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new action type.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing action types.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing action types. You cannot use retired action types in production.
• Sub Types: Allows you to configure action sub types for action types.
