Importing a phase

You can import a phase configuration from a JSON file that was exported from another Infor MES application. For example, if a phase is configured on a test site, the changes can be applied to the live site by exporting from the test site and importing into the live site.

To import a phase:

Select Configuration > Workflow > Phases. The Phases screen is displayed.
Select a record and click Import. The Import window is displayed.
Specify this information:

Select Files

The Json file to import. You can click the Select Files option and select the phase configuration Json file from Windows Explorer. This field is displayed only if the Enter Path Manually check box is cleared.

Enter Path Manually

If this check box is selected, you must specify the file path manually.

Validate

Indicates if the file path must be validated.
Click OK.
