Production Order Release States

Release States are used to oversee the quality levels associated with Production Orders and Production Runs (Jobs). This helps to ensure that production processes are effectively managed and meet the required standards. Release States are used to manage the quality states of both Production Orders and Production Runs (Jobs).

To view and configure release states, navigate to Configuration > Quality > Production Order Release States.

You can use these options on the Production Order Release State screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a production order release state.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing production order release states.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing production order release states.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing production order release states. You cannot use retired production order release states in production.
