You can specify this information:

Material Transformation

Determines how input materials are converted to output materials. Possible values:

• 1 -> 1: One input transforms into one output.
• 1 -> N: One input transforms into multiple outputs.
• M -> 1: Multiple inputs transform into one output.
• M -> N: Multiple inputs transform into multiple outputs.

Automatically generate inventory pack numbers

If this check box is selected, the inventory pack number is automatically generated for the created inventory packs.

All Positions are created at once

If this check box is selected, the inventory is created simultaneously on all of the machine's output positions during the process.

Inventory Created Date Mode

Determines how the creation dates for inventory are managed. Possible values:

• Start and Complete: The user defines both the start and end of created inventory.
• Create Pack: The user specifies the end date for the created inventory, and the start is calculated automatically.

Lot Number Generation Mode

The method in which the lot number is to be generated for created inventory. Possible values:

• Production Order: Creates a lot number with the [Production Order] format.
• Production Order and Shift: Creates a lot number with the [Production Order]-[Shift Lot was created] format.
• Production Order and Day: Creates a lot number with the [Production Order]-[Day Lot was created] format.
• Production Order and Day and Shift: Creates a lot number with the [Production Order]-[Day Lot was created]-[Shift Lot was created] format.
• Production Order and Scrap: Creates a lot number with the [Production Order]_[Scrap indicator] format.
• Production Order and Shift and Scrap: Creates a lot number with the [Production Order]-[Shift Lot was created]_[Scrap indicator] format.
• Production Order and Day and Scrap: Creates a lot number with the [Production Order]-[Day Lot was created]_[Scrap indicator] format.
• Production Order and Day and Shift and Scrap: Creates a lot number with the [Production Order]-[Day Lot was created]-[Shift Lot was created]_[Scrap indicator] format.
• User Defined: Creates a lot number with a user specific method defined and controlled by the Infor team.

Print Label on Output

Determines whether to print labels when an inventory pack is created. Possible values:

• Always: Upon completion of an inventory pack, a label must be printed.
• Never: Labels are not printed when an inventory pack has been created.
• Optional: Ask the user completing the creation of an inventory pack if a label needs to be printed.

Date Conflicts

The action to take when there are inventory packs with creation dates after a job is ended. Possible values:

• Forbid Conflict: Prevents inventory packs from being created outside the job time.
• Auto Ignore: Ignores inventory packs created outside the job time.

Defect Map Flip Mode

Determines whether to flip the defect map for an inventory pack during processing. Possible values:

• Always: Always flip the defect map.
• Never: Never flip the defect map.
• Optional: Ask the user if the defect map must be flipped.

Defect Map Reverse Mode

Determines whether to reverse the defect map for an inventory pack during processing. Possible values:

• Always: Always reverse the defect map.
• Never: Never reverse the defect map.
• Optional: Ask the user if the defect map must be reversed.

Inventory Container Mode

Determines if the created inventory to be placed into a container. Possible values:

• Always: Always place the created inventory into a container.
• Never: Never place the created inventory in to a container.
• Optional: Ask the user if the created inventory must be placed into a container.

The form of the input material. See, Material forms.

Output Material Form

The form of the output material. See, Material forms.

This process allows rework to be assessed

If this check box is selected, the system allows users to assess if created inventory needs to be reworked.

Is it possible for this process to perform rework?

If this check box is selected, the system allows user to carry out rework operations.
