OPC Servers

An OPC Server is an application that connects to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to send and receive data through OPC UA. You must configure the OPC Server separately for each OPC Client to collect data.

To view and configure OPC servers, navigate to Configuration > OPC > OPC Clients > OPC Servers.

You can use these options on the OPC Servers screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new OPC server.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing OPC servers.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing OPC servers.
