Adding a budget period

  1. Select Configuration > Maintenance > Budget Periods. The Budget Periods screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    From
    The date and time the budget period starts.
    To
    The date and time the budget period ends.
    Labour Budget
    The budget allocated for labour during the period.
    External Supplier Budget
    The budget allocated for external suppliers during the period.
    Material Budget
    The budget allocated for materials during the period.
    Plant
    The manufacturing plant associated with the budget period.
  4. Click OK.
