Adding an action status

  1. Select Configuration > Concerns > Action Status. The Action Status screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Status
    The name of the action status.
    Code
    The code of the action status.
    Display Order
    The order in which the status is displayed in lists.
    Default
    If this check box is selected, the status is the default for created actions.
    Closed?
    If this check box is selected, the status indicates that the action is closed or completed.
    Managed Workflow?
    If this check box is selected, the state is managed as part of a state workflow.
  4. Click OK.
