Asset States
Asset States are user-defined statuses used to represent the condition or lifecycle stage of an asset. The application includes a set of preconfigured Asset States, which can be modified based on operational requirements. Additionally, new Asset States can be created to support custom workflows, maintenance tracking, or reporting requirements.
To view and configure assets, navigate to .
You can use these options on the Asset States screen:
- Add: Allows you to create a new asset state.
- Edit: Allows you to modify the existing asset states.
- Delete: Allows you to delete the existing asset states.
- Retire: Allows you to retire the existing asset states. You cannot use retired asset states in production.
- Reasons: Allows you to view and configure reasons for the asset state changes.
- Groups: Allows you to view and configure asset groups for the asset state.
