Budget Periods

Budget Periods define the periods in which budgets are active for maintenance activities.

To view and configure budget periods, navigate to Configuration > Maintenance > Budget Periods.

You can use these options on the Budget Periods screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new budget period.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing budget periods.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing budget periods.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing budget periods. You cannot use retired budget periods in production.
