Concern Status Workflows

Concern Status Workflows are used to manage the permitted transitions between Concern Statuses.

To view and configure concern statuses workflows, navigate to Configuration > Concerns > Concern Status > Status Workflows.

You can use these options on the Concern Status Workflows screen:

• Assign: Allows you to assign a transition to a concern status workflow.
• Unassign: Allows you to unassign a transition from a concern status workflow.
