Common Faults

Common Faults define the faults selected by operators or maintenance engineers when raising a maintenance request.

To view and configure common faults, navigate to Configuration > Maintenance > Common Faults.

You can use these options on the Common Faults screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new common fault.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing common faults.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing common faults.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing common faults. You cannot use retired common faults in production.
