Action Status Workflows

Action Status Workflows define the permitted transitions between different Action Statuses. These workflows control how actions progress through various states, ensuring that updates follow a logical and authorized sequence.

To view and configure action status workflows, navigate to Configuration > Concerns > Action Status > Workflow.

You can use these options on the Action Status Workflows screen:

• Assign: Allows you to assign a transition to an action status workflow.
• Unassign: Allows you to unassign a transition from an action status workflow.
