Shift Crews

Crews are groups of employees who work together during a specific shift.

To view and configure crews, navigate to Configuration > Calendar > Crews.

You can use these options on the Crews screen:

  • Add: Allows you to create a new crew.
  • Edit: Allows you to modify the existing crews.
  • Delete: Allows you to delete the existing crews.
  • Retire: Allows you to retire the existing crews. You cannot assign retired crews to shift patterns. Retired crews can be excluded from reports unless included in the report’s filter options.
