Concern Types

Concern Types are user-defined classifications that categorize concerns.

To view and configure concern types, navigate to Configuration > Concerns > Concern Types.

You can use these options on the Concern Types screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new concern type.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing concern types.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing concern types. You cannot use retired concern types in production.
