Inventory Change State Reason Groups

Inventory Change State Reason Groups are used to organize multiple Inventory Change State Reasons into logical groupings. These groupings support streamlined reporting by enabling aggregated analysis of inventory state changes based on shared characteristics or operational contexts.

To view and configure inventory change state reason groups, navigate to Configuration > Inventory > Inventory Change State Reason Groups.

You can use these options on the Inventory Change State Reason Groups screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new inventory change state reason group.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing inventory change state reason groups.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing inventory change state reason groups. Retired inventory change state reason groups may be excluded from reports unless included in the report’s filter options.
