Concern Statuses

Concern Statuses are user defined states for concerns. To view and configure concern statuses, navigate to Configuration > Concerns > Concern Status.

You can use these options on the Concern Status screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new concern status.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing concern status.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing concern status. You cannot use retired concern status in production.
• Status Workflow: Allows you to configure the workflow for concern statuses.
