Adding a line type

  1. Select Configuration > Assets > Line Types. The Line Types screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Line type
    The name of the line type.
    Code
    The code of the line type.
    Description
    The description of the line type.
    Production Stop Reason Set
    The default production stop reason set to assign for all lines associated with the line type.
    Budget Efficiency
    The expected operational efficiency of production lines for a specific line type. This value is expressed as a decimal value ranging from 0 to 1, where the value corresponds to the percentage efficiency.
  4. Click OK.
