Specifications

Specifications are used to determine the materials that will use specific Specification Limits for Variables.

To view and configure specifications, navigate to Configuration > Quality > Specification Sets > Specifications.

You can use these options on the Specifications screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new specification.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing specifications.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing specifications. You cannot use retired specifications in production.
• Materials: Allows you to view materials applicable to the specification.
• Specification Limits: Allows you to configure specification limits for the specification sets.
