Customers

Customers represent external companies that purchase inventory from the manufacturing plant.

To view and configure customers, navigate to Configuration > Organisation > Customers.

You can use these options on the Customers screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new customer.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing customers.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing customers. Retired customers cannot be assigned to new production orders, specification limits, etc. Retired customers can be excluded from reports unless included in the report’s filter options.
