Machine Stop Reason Groups

Machine Stop Reason Groups are categorized collections of Machine Stop Reasons used for analytical and reporting purposes. These groups help in systematically organizing various causes of machine downtime, enabling clearer insights and more effective decision-making to enhance operational efficiency.

To view and configure machine stop reason groups, navigate to Configuration > Production > Stop Reason Groups.

You can use these options on the Stop Reason Groups screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new machine stop reason group.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the existing machine stop reason groups.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the existing machine stop reason groups.
• Retire: Allows you to retire the existing machine stop reason groups. You cannot use retired machine stop reason groups in production.
• Reason: Allows you to assign and unassign the machine stop reasons within machine stop reason groups.
