Maintenance orders

Maintenance orders are automatically generated when a maintenance plan becomes due. They contain the tasks, resources, and schedule details required to complete a maintenance procedure.

Each order is associated with a specific asset and procedure. Orders can be triggered by time intervals, usage, or machine status events.

Maintenance orders support the following functions:

  • Assignment of labor and materials
  • Review and approval workflow
  • Task checklists and documentation
  • Mobile execution with real-time status updates
  • Logging of hours, parts used, and completion results

Completed orders are stored in the system for tracking history, performance analysis, and compliance reporting.
