Documents

Documents can be added to:

  • Maintenance Procedures - used for work instructions and documents.
  • Maintenance Steps - images can be attached to each step, and presented to the engineer when performing maintenance.
  • Maintenance Orders - documents can be attached directly to specific maintenance orders.

Examples of documents include:

  • Instructions - Stored as master data.
  • Photographs - Stored as master data, or uploaded by an engineer or operator when raising a Maintenance Request.
  • Videos - Stored as master data, or uploaded by an engineer or operator when raising a Maintenance Request.

These documents are viewable by the relevant Maintenance users.
