Created inventory

When a production run is executed, new material is created at the end of the process. This material is typically packed into some form of container and given a unique inventory pack number.

Inventory is created on a specific machine at an OUT position. Typically, there is only one out position per machine, but when multiple inventory packs of the same material are created concurrently, then each inventory pack is created at a unique out position:

MES supports these inventory creation modes:

• Complete pack
• Start and complete pack

This is controlled by the Inventory Creation Mode line setting.
